Lost In Translation For July

My monthly Italian cooking email ,always  so poetic looking to me  :

 Gentile Signora April,
arriva una nuova moda: il partager, ovvero tanti piccoli assaggi da scambiare con chi vi sta accanto. Gualtiero Marchesi ha cambiato la ristorazione italiana: ecco dove sono finiti i suoi "discepoli". La scuola di pasticceria continua con le meringhe da preparare nella versione a caldo e a freddo, per i dessert più friabili e delicati. E per chi ama i sapori piccanti, il pepe: vi spieghiamo per ogni varietà con che cibo va abbinato, per ricette salate ma anche dolci.
