Getting To Know Me
02.24.07 (2:43 pm) [edit]
I always forget who I've told about my life , and in which blog.
My life before I lived in Texas ,and now Massachusetts ,consisted of me living in :
Palatinate Germany, Mississippi, Virginia, Turkey, Spain, Azores, Florida, German Alps , various middle & southern German regions, Pennsylvania, West Virginia and Maryland .
I've visited : Austria, Belgium, Canada , France, Greece, Holland, Italy,Luxemburg, Switzerland and made 3 cross country USA trips .
I've seen a lot , but I'm still interested in seeing Australia, New Zealand, Scotland and England .
Oh and all of these visiting scenarios involve hotels , cars , planes or trains.
No RV's or camping .
Again.
Ever.

It freaks out my sense of online anonymity that we might be neighbors.
*waves out the window, just in case*

tblog ate my first attempt at a reply. :(
I'm mostly inside, but I did slide around on the black ice on this past Thursday. Evil stuff.
I like the cold and the snow (German genes?), so, I like this weather and location. I don't/can't drive though, so I'm a bit biased.

I don't think I would enjoy camping and/or fishing ever again. that was something I did with my husband and I think I would just cry too much. Plus, I am just too damn old to sleep on the ground : )

I'm not a big fan of a vacation which requires more work than staying home. Thus...yeah, no RVs or camping. My dream is to travel and I am very envious of all that you have seen. I imagine that when you were young you probably just wanted to stay put for a while. Hope you are settling into your new home.
