per gustare in città il sapore delle vacanze appena finite ecco 10 ricette preparate con prodotti provenienti dalla tradizione culinaria dei paesi mediterranei. La scuola di cucina è dedicata a un prodotto apprezzato nelle tavole di tutt'Italia per la sua versatilità, il merluzzo conservato, che, se sottosale, prende il nome di baccalà, mentre se fatto essiccare all'aria si chiama stoccafisso. E per esaltare il sapore delle verdure ecco 6 condimenti insoliti.

I signed up for this Italian cooking newsletter a few years ago and specifically remember asking them to send me the English version.
Every month this Italian one shows up.
I can catch a few words here and there, but most of the time I have no blinkin idea.
I have this "online translater" do some of the work for me.
I speak German and have attempted to see what their translation was and they do miss the mark quite a bit on some phrases .
It's always an adventure to see what the Alta Vista Babelfish Translater is gonna say about this monthly letter !

So much for online translation. I guess it would be a bad idea to try any recipes they send you. Unless you're feeling very, very adventurous. Hope the house thing is going well!
